Hmm, my french knoeledge says it means something else :-) But I guess it's something the english language has borrowed and somewhat changed the meaning.
Tammy, I can't do heights either. I get dizzy and feel like I'm going to fall. Which I suppose could almost be seen as jumping, depending on where you were standing! Yeah, it's more of a metaphor of life but that makes me dizzy too. xoxo
Vicki, Somehow it doesn't surprise me that you have felt that way. Although I kinda imagine you not just jumping but doing more of a "cannonball"! You are fearless!
It's a bit hard to translate directly but as I remember my french it's something like the emptiness after a conversation. I checked with google translation and it said conversation vacuum :-)so I guess my french isn't too bad :-) Christer.
