Cool Lazy Sunday

It's a cool 67 degrees outside and sunny.

"Twinkle" has just woken up from her late morning nap while I've busy cleaning house and rearranging furniture. Then I need to spend some time outside - whacking some weeds and then come back in and work on some of my paintings I've started. I wish I could take a "nap" but my mind won't let me! Too much to do!

By the way, twinkle is so adorable!!

I love your message in my blog!
I love your art!! It's sometimes it's fustrating to do a piece of work for somebody who is very demanding. Obviously she liked your work and asked if you could do a piece for her. And when your told do change things here and there it does take away the beauty of the painting and you end up not wanting to do it anymore, as if your not in love with piece and you can't wait to finish it to get this person out of your hair. Do what you love!! when it's done with love and passion people will see that through your painting and buy it. I'm not saying that you don't in case you misunderstand. Painting shouldn't be anxiety but an adventure to explore the other side of you, spill be completely naked and have fun!!

Gush I have to clean up house too. I made a mess.

And thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, you are always welcome to spill.

Oh and by the way, in the art world when you are working for somebody they do demand a lot- changes. But you don't work for anyone- you are the boss you are in control!! Go and create delicious beautiful artwork!!!!!!!!!
