But most of you know why I'm DANCING!
(image from www.mentalpictures.co.uk/)
My neighbor just cut his GRASS is is now weed-whacking!
WaaHoo!!!
If you missed this post http://oldblackcatboo.blogspot.com/2010/04/garden-dilemma.html
it will explain my garden dilemna!
Oh! Wait, he's stopped.
Well, at least he's cut the front lawn and weed-whacked along the first half of my driveway.
The hedge will kinda block my view of his side yard....
Yeah, my neighbor and I are nothing alike.
He sees how high he can grow his weeds and I pull mine and plant these in the cracks of the pavement.

What if he ran out of gas? Quick - go offer to get him more! lol!! I'm happy for you. :) I love your little flowers! xox! Pam
Pam, Yeah I think HE did run out of gas...and went inside for a beer.
I love those flowers in your cracks...what are they? can you walk on them? they'd be nice between my fieldstone along my walk.
Denise! LOL!
Apparently I was emailing you as you were leaving me a comment! (Scary) anyway they are Portulaca Grandiflora also called Moss Rose.
They are super easy! Just shove their roots into the cracks! And they are heat/sun tolerant. They are kinda closed up in the mornings (they are halfway open in these pics) and by late afternoon they are totally open. And then they do it all over again.
Good God! We must border the same property. Hee hee
I have never been successful with Portulaca grandiflora! They always look like they were about to die already from the beginning all the way to the bitter end :-)
I´m glad that Yor neighbor at least mowed something :-)
Have a great day now!
Christer.
