One week left until the Horse Expo!
So I'm just checking in!
I have gotten A LOT of my altered photography done and plan to work on horse illustrations today.
I posted that on Facebook and just got invited to come out to some stables for inspiration.
I'm such a hermit.
But I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and going!
I hope to catch up on my blog reading tonight. I miss you guys so much.

Also, work/my day job seems to be getting better!
There are some new developments that I hope will ultimately make life happier.

I must get busy but I will leave you with this photograph of Blue, that I just took.
I swear he's a cat in a dog's body!
He's slept all night, got up for breakfast and then goes back to sleep!

Blue looks quite comfortable. Snarf also sleeps a lot nowadays, each time I think he is ill or so because he is less active. But I know there is nothing wrong with him, he is just getting old...... Almost 14...
Have a good weekend!

Good luck. so hope you will go out to the stables as you intend. Seems it will really help your art. I'm as excited for you as if it was me! unfortunately, I have no talent so have to live vicariously through you.

Always good to see a pic of beautiful Blue. Cat pose, lol! He sure knows how to relax.

So glad things are better at work. The Universe listens...

Wishing you so, so, so much luck as you prepare for, then go to, the Horse Expo!
It'll be great fun!
Soon, I hope we'll see pics of commissioned horse art - I'm sure there will be quite a few to keep you busy!

Hope you get a few minutes to hug a horse.
I miss my horse hugs - their huge necks are made for hugging! :)

Off to a flying start, Cindi. And it's just going to get better for you. I can feel it. You deserve all of it, and more.

Love and hugs xxx

Thank you Su!
I will!
I wish I could get half the sleep he does!

I didn't realize that he was 14!
He's seems very frisky for his age. :)
Yep, that could be why Blue sleeps so much too
I mean, I guess 10 1/2 is a little bit old.
Hope you have a great weekend too!

You're welcome!

I did go!
I will try to post about it tomorrow but it was GREAT!
and you are wrong, you are VERY talented.
I love all the things you create for your home.
Thanks so much!

Yes, Blue is able to just fold himself in half and go to sleep.
He cracks me up.

I think the Universe is listening...I can't want to share but it seems like the pieces are finally falling together.

I didn't get to hug a horse but I got to stroke some noses.
It was Heaven. I thought I would cry I was so happy.
Thank you so so much!

I'm doing my catching up today, I've just haven't had any energy to go around in blog land lately!

I really like Your space at Skeleton Key Art and Antiques! I'm not a fan of altered photos but I do hope You sell a lot of them :-) I do like Your paintings and I hope You sell even more of those :-)

Have a great day!

Black and white are always elegant. Blue looks really intelligent and aristocratic.

Thank you Tammy!
I'm happy too, although a little bit stressed at the moment,
but still Happy!
I think the Universe is listening, I just to stay on course and believe it.
and I KNOW, I got to stroke a horse's nose!
I seriously had to fight back the tears.
and Blue? I think you are right!
He's a BEAR!
miss you!

Thanks for commenting!
Black and White are two of my favorite colors.
Wait, I guess they're not colors but...
I do love them.

and my Blue? YES! he is King and he's very smart!
Thanks again for stopping by.

I know all about trying to catch up!
It's hard to do sometimes!
I'm not surprised that altered photos are not your cup of tea...
because you are such a talented photographer you probably see all the flaws and it bugs you.
Thank you for your good wishes though and I'm glad you like the idea of Skeleton Key!
:) :) :)
