10¢ Bargain? Out of Control Garden? Not able to complete a project?

I don't know how to title this post.
Several years ago I bought Daisy seed packages for 10¢ at the Dollar store.
I think I had about $2.00 worth and I scattered them all over my front yard.
I have a teeny tiny front yard (and large back yard and on one side of the house I have probably 20 feet and
the other MAYBE 2.)
I had dug up all the grass when my lawn mower died and decided to make it a "Cottage Garden".
Obviously the seeds blew over to the strip between the sidewalk and street.
Last year I added some more perennials.
This year, I have  NOT touched ANYTHING yet...
and it's out of control.
I decided to lay some pavers.
I had laid some on the south side patch last year because the mailman was walking through the yard anyway so I thought I'd make an official "path" for him.
So I dug up the north side of the front yard and put down 12.
Then I went and got 6 more, they are just laying there...waiting to be put in properly.
But first I have to finish working on my fence in the backyard.
I'm taking apart the old one and using the usable boards to make a new one.
I actually have the new one almost done, I just need to make the gate.
I need to finish these tasks before it gets too hot out.
I don't know why I don't finish one thing before starting another.
Is there a name for that?
Do I have some sort of mental disorder?
I won't even tell you about what's going on inside the house. (But I have SEVERAL gallons of paint in different colors.)
I think I will go Google this and see if I can find an answer.
Though it might say to get off the damn computer and finish something already!
Jeez, I irritate myself.

I find it exciting that at least you are out doing something. My yard is a shame and I have no motivation to do anything. Good for you!

I love your front yard. It looks like the perfect place to take a pee and throw a cigarette butt. I'm kidding of course. Except the part about loving it. Add more.

Oh...gosh I think all those daisies looks fantastic! What a great idea! I bout coleus seeds yesterday to plant because I can't afford to buy plants. I'm hoping they will grow as well for me as your daisies did.

Daisies has a tendency to take over everything :-) but I think it looks beautiful!

Yes there is a name for that but I can't remember it at the moment :-) But You're not alone :-)

Have a great day!

You're brave, just tossing seeds out there like that - but it worked!
I also have many projects going on. It's an illness. Incurable, I'm afraid. Just keep whittling away at the projects and don't let yourself buy anything new for another project for a while. Helps much.

I love the front yard with the flowers like that! Gorgeous! And I am EXACTLY the same way - and I spend a ton of time thinking "Should I work on this...or that...or that over there...?" lol! Let me know what is wrong with us. :) xox

It's like having too many plates spinning on sticks...a la Ed Sullivan show. Or the concept of putting out so many fires on your desk at work... It will all be completed in time. Still working on the bedroom here aka studio/office/gym. Need to untangle those. Better this way than being bored.
(PS Some impatient people call it completion anxiety...)
