We need to use this in a sentence! "I need some hygge and I need it NOW!" :) xo

Tammy,
Yep, a little hygge would be useful right now.
I was 20 minutes late to work this morning because the snow was coming down so hard and fast.
deep breaths!

Pam,
LOL!
here's my sentence:
If I don't get a little hygge pretty so, I'll go postal!"

Nice state to be in. Enjoying the good things in life surrounded by good people. At peace with the world.

I listened to a Danish pronunciation - something like "hoo-geh" or "hooga".
No wonder the Danish are considered, "the happiest people in the world".
Sounds pretty awesome to me :)

Vicki,
I'm not really in that state right now but I'm trying to channel it!
:D

In Swedish hygge means a place where all trees have been cut down :-)

Have a great day!
Christer.

Christer,
So it means...a clearing?
Hmm, you know I kinda thought that word looked familiar.
Maybe I read it on your blog and you used it in reference to your forest?

I might have mentioned that we call it either hygge or kalhygge :-)

Christer,
