BED STEALER

Aaaaaaaaah!
A day off.
and here I am, wasting it on the the laptop
and taking photos with my phone.
Chatting on Facebook
and Instagram.
I need to get off and be productive.
House needs to be tidied,
Laundry caught up and
Art to be created.
I'll leave you with a Sunday photo.

Hattie, my piebald Dachshund stealing Blue's "bed"
whenever he gets up.
I think she likes the warmth he leaves behind.

... and furbabes to cuddle and kiss...

Hattie is SO cute! With that face, she can be denied nothing, lol.

Hope you had a wonderful Sunday, Cindi.
Don't stress about such things, now your routine is (hopefully) back to "normal", things will fall into place.
Just enjoy your time out :)

Thanks Vicki!
I did have a good day.
I did some cleaning, and I threw away some things and I dragged some furniture up from the basement and I'm setting up the porch to be my "gardening" area for now.
I even did my taxes!
(That was depressing.)
But at least it's done and now I feel so much lighter and ready to tackle the "fun" stuff!
Yes, now that my routine is (sort of) figured out. I feel so much better!
Thanks again!

i FINALLY did my taxes last week.
isn't it a great feeling!

LOL! Tammy,
It's Lily.
It was such a nice day on Sunday with the sun shining brightly through the windows that I could clearly see I needed to dust and clean!
I find it hard to create if it's TOO messy.
:)
Yep, my taxes were...disappointing.
The Obamacare that I had to get was figured wrong so I had to pay more.
:(
and honestly, I never even went to see a doctor even once all year long!
Grrr.
Oh well, no more complaining! LOL!
I'm off to work now, it should be a good week.
XOXOXO

Not wasting time ... it's recharging your battery. We can't be productive all the time. We need down time, when we just sit and think and BE.

Connie,
Thank you.
I need to remember that.
I always feel like I'm being lazy if I'm not doing something.
I guess I need to learn to BE.
Thanks again!

Don't any of the other littles do this? Dachshunds do have ideas of their own. This happens every time I get up out of the bed...they move into my spot...only for me to tell them to move over when I return. Does she snuggle close at night? Last night I had to laugh at Franklin. I was watching the season finale of The Walking Dead and it was especially dramatic. I kept saying oh..no! Not Glen! And giving a little scream. Franklin did not like it and got up and left the sofa to go into the other room. He came back after the show was over.

Oh My GOD! NITA!
I have made everyone I know promise not to tell me about The Walking Dead finale because I haven't seen it yet and now....Glen?
Ok, I'm going to push that to the back of my mind.
Anyway, No. The others aren't as fearless as she is. They seem to know that it's Blue's bed and don't usually bother it or if they do, they go running as he returns.
Hattie will try to stand her ground and be cute and wiggly and sometimes Blue will even walk away.
But yes, when I watch TV Hattie has to climb up with several of the others and squeeze in next to me.
XOXO
(and I suppose maybe there were just some tense moments with the Zombies going after Glen but I'm sure he got away...)
