I am measuring out his food very carefully and he still gets treats but we are more aware of how many.
And he did it without eating any stinkin' CARROTS!
(I've lost 7 myself, probably because misery loves company...... and I didn't eat any damn carrots either!)

I'm very happy for both of you! Lita and I are still hunkered down waiting for Spring so we can have our long romps again and hopefully also some weight loss for us too.

Just popping in and reading up on some of my favorite blogs. Love Blue and love the fact all the weight was lost without the consumption of carrots!! LOL However, I love carrots...that's all folks!!
